Launch pricing. Not on sale yet. Plans, credits and Founding 25 aren't on sale while we finish final review.

1. Plans are prepaid

   Hosted plans are prepaid: you pay upfront, monthly or yearly. Solo is $49 a month or $470 a year. Team is $399 a month or $3,830 a year. Pay yearly and save 20%. Founding 25 is a one-time offer: $1,990 for the first year, with a pool of 12,000 minutes you can use up to 2,000 a month. Unused pool minutes end with your Founding year. Self-install is free. Enterprise is “let's talk”, under a separate written agreement.

2. Included minutes

   Solo includes 100 hosted minutes a month. Team includes 1,000 hosted minutes a month. Included minutes reset on your monthly account anniversary.

3. Prepaid credits

   If you need more minutes than your plan includes, you buy credits ahead of time at your plan's per-minute rate: $0.20/min on Solo, and $0.15/min on Team and Founding 25. Credits are used only after your included minutes for the period are gone. Minimum top-up is $25 on Solo and $75 on Team and Founding 25. There is no auto top-up. Credits you buy never expire.

4. Founding 25

   Founding 25 is a one-time offer for your first year: $1,990, prepaid, with a 12,000-minute yearly pool. Use up to 2,000 minutes a month from it. Extra minutes come from prepaid credits at $0.15/min. There are 25 spots, and they won't reopen. Unused pool minutes end with your Founding year. Credits you buy never expire. Founding 25 isn't part of the partner referral programme.

   After your first year, this switches to Team yearly at $3,830. We'll email you 30 days and 7 days before.

5. When minutes and credits run out

   Calls stop when your included minutes and credits run out. Your next call won't start. To keep calling, buy more credits or wait for your next period's included minutes.

6. No usage bills

   Every hosted minute is covered by your plan's included minutes or by credits you've already bought, so there's no extra usage bill and no spending limit to set.

7. Refunds

   Founding 25: Full refund within 14 days, as long as you haven't run a paid hosted call yet.

   If hosted shuts down, unused whole months are refunded pro rata ($1,990 ÷ 12 = $165.83 per unused whole month).

   Credit refunds: if you close your account, we refund unused purchased credits to the original payment method.

8. Changes

   Prices may change before sales open. Once you've paid, your plan's price and per-minute credit rate hold until your period ends.

9. Plan changes and territories

   A call minute to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands or Guam uses 2 minutes, from included minutes or credits. Calls to American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands aren't supported. Upgrades are prorated now; downgrades take effect at renewal.
