Nothing here can be ordered. Any future terms would go in a written agreement.

Beyond your own testing

Commercial licence or Enterprise

FSL-1.1-ALv2 already lets anyone read, run and change callerlab and test their own agents at any scale, with no commercial licence. It doesn’t allow offering callerlab as a competing service: for that, or for Enterprise terms, talk to us.

How it works

Audits are not for sale yet, so none of this can be booked or ordered. If audits open, this is how an inquiry would go.

  1. Inquire

    Tell us what you want tested, or the clients you serve, and whether you need a commercial licence. Audits are not for sale yet, so this is a question, not an order.

  2. Eligibility

    We check for conflicts of interest, whether the terms of any platform you name allow testing, and that you can place test calls on numbers you control.

  3. Pilot

    Planned: one test run on a staging agent, scoped and priced in a written agreement.

  4. Agreement

    Written licence or SOW.

  • Which platforms and verticals you serve
  • A staging number we can call during a pilot
Conflict rule. callerlab sells testing. We don’t sell or resell any voice platform, have no affiliate deals with them, and never audit a platform we rank. If that ever changes, we disclose it on the affected vendor’s benchmark row.
